Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
DBDriven employs a CRM (Workflow) solution for business administration and governance.
The CRM tracks communication and activity to include emails,
approvals, data access and downloads.
The workflow component automates and monitors user actions, including creation, submission, notification, approval or rejection.
